Maui Wine was interesting and the wine tasting was delightful. My only complaint, and it may just be a personal pet peeve but both gals used the word "like" way too much. "It was like....you know, like... etc. I find it very lazy speech and I spent the second half of the day counting the "like" in conversation. I found the Lavendar farm to be lackluster and probably the low point of the tour. Either spend more time there, allowing guests to shop and see the farm or don't go there at all. With all that said, it was a fine day to spend time in some Maui spots that I wouldn't have seen otherwise. read less - 3/02/2020

All the while having a really comfortable conversation filled with lots of insights and history with the hosts. We were especially lucky to have both Holly and Brittany both for our tour. And Alicia who handled our wine tasting also was an excellent guide and historian as we toured the winery. All in all, a tremendous way to break from the beaches and see - and learn - more about this whole other part of Maui. read less - 2/26/2020

Holly is quite possibly one of the nicest people in the world and so thoughtful about all the little details of a tour. She has so much love and knowledge of her Island. I will definitely do another tour with her if I am lucky enough to visit Maui again. read less - 2/19/2020

We had complimentary coffee and even had time to walk the grounds of the plantation while waiting for the others to join for the tour. There were four other people on our tour. It was a beautiful day and a great size group. Our drive and guide was Holly along with a new trainee for a portion of the tour. Holly is amazing! Fully energy and explained everything in detailed along the way. She kept us on schedule and always made sure we had what we needed all day long. She went above and beyond any tour guide I’ve ever had on a tour. First stop was the winery for a tasting and tour of the grounds. We then went to the Pineapple farm which was the highlight of the tour. We hopped a bus to go through the fields to learn the history of planting and got to taste the pineapple before having a tour of the facility. We each received our own pineapple to take home. We then had lunch before heading to the distillery to learn about the making of vodka, rum and gin—along with a tasting and tour. Lastly, we went to the brewery. The tour of the brewery was great. I don’t drink beer but really enjoyed the tour and instead of tasting beer they gave me a sample of some of the other non-alcoholic drinks they make. We then returned to The Mill House. We opted to stay at The Mills House for dinner. All tours include a coupon worth 10% discount at The Mill House ...and its a fantastic place to eat. Definitely recommend staying and eating. We first decided to take a paid tour of the plantation via trolley (not part of the tour). It’s 40 min tour. Highly recommend Maui Craft Tours—-So much that This was the second tour in two weeks I took with Maui Craft Tours. read less - 2/18/2020

Maui Craft Tours provided everything she could have wanted--cool, comfortable transportation, knowledgable and fun guides, and great food and tours. Maui Wine was beautiful and had an interesting history. Pineapple tour was interesting (though my mom felt a bit long and too detailed). Maui Brewing was awesome. We had a wonderful day with tour guide Deja. Started with a delicious coffee at the Tropical Plantation, then to Maui Winery where we sampled some of our faves, lunch at Ulupalakua where we had the best beef burgers EVER! Then a stop at Kula Farms for some gift purchases and met a kingly looking goat, on to Haleakala Creamery for delicious ice cream and met some of the sweetest goats ever as the owner answered our questions about her amazing operation, then final stop at Hawaii Sea Spirits for a tour, tasting and outstanding views from Upcountry. We can’t wait to do this again with friends next year - maybe try the tour that includes the Brewery! Thanks again Deja! ️ read less - 1/07/2020

Deja was from begin on a great guide who gives us so much information about all the places and the island. First stop was Maui Wine where we could taste some wine and had a look at the Vinery. Than we had lunch at Ulupalakua Ranch. The second stop was at the distillery. We learned about it and could taste gin and Wodka. At the last stop we learned about the brewing and could taste 4 different kinds of the beer. All in one it was a great experience. I would love if I could do it also on the other islands. Mahalo Deja

Deja was our tour guide and she did an awesome job of shuttling us around, keeping us together and telling us all about the history of the area. The wine is AMAZING. And what a setting! We would have taken a whole case home if we could! Alas, from Canada, we can't. The US folks could ship one home for a pretty reasonable price though. The lunch we had was spectacular, and all local grown. Even the beef, lamb and elk burgers! The goats at the creamery were fantastic, loved feeding them their treats. Rebecca has a couple of mini goats, Ben and Jerry. They are pets, pretty much like dogs. So cute! And let me tell you, no "goat cheese" smell!! Or taste! The goat gelato is phenomenal and the caramel sauce was so good we bought three kinds! What an amazing operation she has going up there! And the view! Breathtaking! Our last stop was the Ocean's Vodka Distillery. Brandon took us around and showed us how they grow and harvest their sugar cane for the vodka and rum and gin they make. Then we got to try it. The clear rum was my favourite. It was such a surprise, so sweet and smooth. Not at all what I expected. All of the samples were delicious, and the vodka was top-shelf good! We started and ended the day at the Mill House Roasting company at Maui Tropical Plantation. What a gorgeous place to be. Farm to table restaurant. It was an absolutely fantastic day. And a wonderful way to see and learn about the less travelled areas of Maui. read less - 11/30/2019
