Located on the grounds of the Maui Tropical Plantation, Maui Chef’s Table explores the modern tastes and textures of our island’s local and organically grown produce, fruit, and proteins.
The open-air kitchen concept allows you to watch and interact as each course is created. Executive Chef Jeff Scheer has assembled a team of incredible Chefs, each with an impressive resume of experience. Each Chef “brings something to the table,” as they are uniquely creative and inventive while sharing the same core values for sourcing and preparing food.
Their chefs love to interact with each guest, so feel free to ask about the ingredients or the inspiration behind each course as it is prepared. They encourage you to mingle with the other diners as you experience this culinary adventure.
